Erica at The Method is SUPERB. In just a short, six month period, her hour-long twice/week sessions have helped me achieve the goal of building muscle mass while losing weight. In fact, I’ve lost at least one inch off my waist(!) and grown significantly stronger. In addition, the health benefits of Erica’s training regimen are palpable: increased stamina, faster runs, improved stability. Never thought I would have so much fun lifting weights, but Erica makes it possible!

This is my first experience with strength training and, in all honesty, I thought this would be something I did because I should and not because I liked it. The folks at The Method gym are so welcoming and put me right at ease:-) I look forward to my sessions now and have noticed an improvement in not just my strength but in my ability to participate in my other fitness activities. The facilities are lovely with tons of equipment and options. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. Can not recommend this place highly enough!

Highly recommend the trainers at The Method! I worked with Danyel on improvement of lower body strength for relief of glute and low back pain. Within 2 weeks my pain improved. Danyel also helped me get the wobble out of my walking lunges. I used to struggle with them and now I'm going strong. So appreciate her talent and passion for body movement.

Have been working at The Method now for over 2 years and I’ve never felt better. Going in with several issues including loss of muscle mass during quarantine, hyper-mobility and a lack of stability in my joints and hip dysplasia, it’s always hard to do workouts without pain. But with guidance and careful attention, I haven’t had any pain in months, I’m building muscle and my whole body feels more structurally supported and healthy. Working with Jameson is like having an amazing PT and trainer combined. He does research and works with you on what you need most, including stretching and pain relief for tight muscles. Highly recommend The Method and the trainers there if you want to get stronger and have any special considerations health wise because you will end up leaving feeling better!

I've been going to The Method for five months. Jackson is my trainer and he's great - super knowledgeable and encouraging. All the trainers here seem cool though...there is always a good vibe in the place. I went from having zero strength training experience to feeling like I've made a ton of progress with lifting, all while being confident we're approaching things safely. If you check out the website and feel like it might be a fit for you, go on in for the initial assessment to get started - you won't regret it.
